What is Foundations 4 Learning?
Foundations 4 Learning is an Education Development Center with an emphasis on EARLY CHILDHOOD that offers Testing and Planning Services, a Complete Preschool called PEPP, and Resource Services to enhance any student's educational process.

Prentice Foundations 4 Learning offers resources, tutoring and specialized classes for pre-school through high school students and their families
Tustin, CA - August 9, 2010 - The Prentice School today announced their planned opening of a new on-campus resource center which will provide learning assessment, tutoring, assistive technology, as well as many other support services, for students of all ages and their families. Scheduled to open its doors in September, Foundations 4 Learning will be an invaluable resource where parents can discover and nurture their child's unique learning styles, by providing early childhood assessment, individualized learning profile, and educational services within a safe environment.

The cornerstone of Foundations 4 Learning is the ground-breaking Discover Your Child. Studies show that children develop a love of learning when they are very young. Designed for three to six year-olds, Discover Your Child will provide parents the opportunity to customize and personalize their child's educational journey based on the child's uniqueness and needs, giving them a smart start to educational success. Another program for early childhood learning being offered by Foundations 4 Learning is the Prentice Early Primary Program (PEPP). The WASC accredited program for Pre-K, Kindergarten and 1st Grade students engages through the three learning channels; auditory, visual, and kinesthetic in a nurturing environment that promotes physical, social, emotional and cognitive development.

"Most often, schools are forced to take a 'one size fits all' approach to education," said Carol H. Clark, Executive Director of the Prentice School. "Our goal is to give the Southern California community access to the best resources needed to empower all students providing them with a strong foundation for learning based on their individual strengths and weakness while using a multi-sensory, success-oriented approach". "Also, given the economic climate we have made every effort to keep the rates for the services being offered at Foundations 4 Learning at an affordable level," she added.

Staffed by certified, experienced and dedicated therapists and teachers, the broad range of services offered by Foundations 4 Learning often begins with a comprehensive assessment process and provides a variety of solutions to support students from preschool age on up through high school. In addition to Discover Your Child and the PEPP program, the other services being offered by Foundations 4 Learning are Assistive Technology, Occupational Therapy, Life Skills Training, Speech and Language, Tutoring, Summer School and Parent Support.
