Supporters of The Prentice School, where children with dyslexia from Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties learn to succeed, gathered for 20 Years of Unleashing Potential gala event on April 1st, 2006. Attendees celebrated 20 years of unleashing the potential in students who have this language-based learning challenge that can be defeating and demoralizing if they are not provided with educational programs based on scientific research.

To a backdrop of 80s music, a beautiful ambience, an outstanding dinner, and silent and live auctions, nearly 400 attendees and sponsors looked back on 20 years of accomplishment by Prentice and forward to its continued success in helping dyslexic children become successful, life-long learners.

Proceeds from this event will support classroom enrichment, technology and scholarship programs.
